Having Trouble With Your Computer?

With your permission, Computer Express can control your computer for you and fix your problem. For our customers, its easy. We use the LogMeIn Rescue service, which grants our technician access to your computer. Call Computer Express, a technician will give you a PIN number, you will enter it in the box to the left, than we may begin helping you. This is a very safe service since after the work has been completed and after you close the web browser window, we will no longer have access to your computer.

To receive this service, contact a Computer Express location and request remote help. Some fees may apply depending on the level of work requested.

Services performed are limited software issues only. Operating system difficulties such as repairing a blue screen are unable to be performed through this remote connection, as the technician must be able to access windows to view your computer.
